The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:
RTX Communications is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Services (ES) Real Estate Communications to lead employee communications for ES Real Estate, including executive communications for the vice president of ES Real Estate. Specifically, this role will develop and execute integrated communications plans, including detailed change communications plans, in support of ES Real Estate and in alignment with business priorities.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer who is highly organized, results-oriented, and experienced in client management, change communications and project leadership. They are skilled at managing multiple priorities while delivering impactful communication strategies and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Lead employee communications planning and execution for Enterprise Services (ES) Real Estate, partnering with leadership and subject matter experts to craft and execute communication plans that align with enterprise goals and objectives.
Partner with ES Change Management on change communications, from planning to execution to measurement, collaborating with internal change management teams, project teams, communicators, external consultants, and business partners to ensure all messaging is clear, consistent, relevant, actionable, and aligned with RTX’s brand and strategic objectives.
Manage enterprise email distributions, contribute and publish content to the ES Real Estate RTXConnections community, produce videos, and coordinate all-hands/town halls for ES Real Estate, all in support of driving and aligning the overall communication strategy.
Develop and execute communications for the vice president of ES Real Estate, including messaging, presentations and executive briefings.
Align campaigns and initiatives across Employee Engagement and Global Communications to enhance employee experience and engagement.
Partner with the Global Communications, Business Continuity & Crisis Management and local ES Real Estate facilities managers to ensure alignment on site and local crisis communications.
Deploy enterprise-wide communication initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement by sharing and implementing best practices across teams.
Travel up to 10%, or as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
Experience crafting internal communications strategies, with exceptional written, verbal, and social communication skills.
Previous experience understanding complex business issues to craft messages for targeted audiences.
Previous experience supporting multiple projects at once.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Qualifications We Prefer
Proficiency in storytelling that delivers impactful, positive outcomes.
Experience working and communicating in a highly matrixed environment with large scale global footprint and international employee base.
Knowledge of, and experience in, communicating the features and benefits of enterprise services models.
Knowledge of the aerospace and defense industry.
Experience in large-scale change management communications.
Demonstrated interest in seeking out innovative approaches to audience engagement.
Self-starter with a natural curiosity and drive to bring projects to completion.
Adept at building relationships in a remote environment.
Location
Hybrid; hybrid employees work both onsite and offsite regularly.
Preferable hybrid work sites: Charlotte, NC - Farmington, CT - Tucson, AZ - Arlington, VA or Washington, D.C area - McKinney, TX or surrounding Dallas area

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
