We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant in Tucson, Arizona. The role primarily involves working within the engineering services industry, with a specific focus on customer relationship management (CRM) and data processing. We are particularly interested in individuals with a strong understanding of buying processes and experience in handling inbound inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

• Process customer credit applications accurately to facilitate efficient buying processes

• Utilize CRM systems to manage and maintain accurate customer credit records

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action based on account activity

• Answer inbound calls and provide assistance to customers as required

• Collaborate with the sales team to manage customer applications, ensuring a smooth buying process

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to provide relevant assistance to customers

• Contribute to team meetings and share best practice with colleagues to ensure team targets are met

• Use data processing tools to analyze customer data and provide insights to the sales team

• Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of changes in the CRM and data proce

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales Assistant role or similar

• Proficient in CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data

• Demonstrated skills in data processing and management

• Experience in answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues

• Understanding of buying processes, with the ability to guide customers through these processes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and initiative

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
