BACKGROUND:Since 1952, Beacon Group has been creating opportunities for people with disabilities across Southern Arizona, Phoenix and beyond. As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, Beacon serves over 2,000 people with disabilities each year. Beacon provides job training and placement, supported and center-based employment, and day treatment programs to assist the more than two-thirds of working-age people with disabilities who do not have a job. POSITION INTRODUCTION:\ The Senior Supported Employment Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Group and Individual Supported Employment Programming at Beacon Group. The Senior Supported Employment Project Manager will plan, coordinate, organize, and oversee the day-to-day rehabilitation services operations of all assigned site locations. This position is responsible to ensure effective workflow and operations in conjunction with the Business Operations teams. This position is responsible for supervising a team of Lead Job Coaches and Program Managers to deliver high quality services to all stakeholders, but most importantly, the clients we serve.

Responsibilities will include:
- Direct the business activities of Beacon Group\'s custodial department and manage execution of all custodial work.
- Engage in new customer acquisition activities, including quote and proposal writing, site tours, presentations, and sales.
- Create and implement processes to ensure that Beacon\'s custodial business is professional, high-quality, sustainable, and efficient.
- Provide analysis of the existing business and new opportunities to create a vision for the future of Beacon\'s custodial services.
- Develop, train, and hire all Beacon Group staff in assigned operations.
- Implement and manage quality control systems for all assigned Beacon Group custodial operations.
- Maintain good financial results for assigned businesses through pricing of new projects, pricing of current business, and control of business resource
- spending.
- Maximize work opportunities for people with disabilities through hiring efforts and collaboration with other Beacon departments.
Qualifications:
- Five years or more supervisory experience
- Five years or more experience in working with individuals with disabilities receiving services from Division of Developmental Disabilities.
- Bachelor\'s degree in social science, related field, or at least 10 years of experience in working with individuals with disabilities.
- Solid history of developing people, programs and businesses required.
- Experience with government contracts is beneficial.
- Experience managing quality control systems is highly beneficial.
WORK HOURS AND SCHEDULE: Evenings Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
