The following position is to join our Enterprise Services team:

RTX Corporation has a great opportunity within the Enterprise Services (ES) Finance organization for a Senior Analyst role within our Order to Cash (OTC) Contract Set-up team. 

The responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Job Description

• Input contractual data of various types of government, commercial and foreign contracts in accordance with policies and procedures.

• Analyze how to set up contracts in APEX for shipping, billing, and reporting purposes.

• Communicate contractual or procedural issues to program offices that delay bookings and billings.

• Attention to detail to identify important information in large, complex contracts for proper loading of contracts.

• Work closely with customer invoicing to ensure timely billings.

• Participate in CORE Projects to drive process improvement.

• Willingness to participate in ad hoc projects.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• This role typically requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Accounting or Finance or applicable discipline or an Advanced degree in Accounting Finance, Business or related field.

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements."

• 2 or more years of relevant experience gained in a largescale corporate accounting or Finance setting

• At least one year experience with enterprise Finance Business Systems such as: SAP and Business Warehouse

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Knowledge of SAP financial processes and reporting tools 

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point and Access)

• Flexibility to adapt to new systems / processes

• Strong analytical capability to effectively work in a teaming environment

• Basic understand or experience with FAR regulations as they apply to Government Financing

• Ability to balance workload to meet deadlines

• Knowledge of FAR/DFARs, Government web-based tools (EDA)

Location/Type: Hybrid/ This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside near an RTX hub (Cedar Rapids IA, Dallas TX, Tucson, AZ, Hartford CT).

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
