Wells Fargo Associate Operations Processor in TUKWILA, Washington

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Associate Operations Processor to join Wells Fargo Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations, Phone Bank Research Team in Tukwila, WA. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature receiving

  • Receive, log and batch

  • File, photocopy, and answer phones

  • Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles

  • Work under close supervision following established procedures

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Good verbal, written, and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Solid problem-solving skills

  • 10-key numerical data entry experience

  • Cash vault experience

  • 2 years of cash handling experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of cash vault operations

  • Ability to effectively listen and elicit information

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents/reports

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Ability to prioritize work meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

  • Experience working in a fast paced, demanding, and deadline driven environment

Job Expectations:

  • Schedule is Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m.- 6:30 p.m. (requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs)

  • Ability to lift up 50+ pounds/vault (lifting and pulling)

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$20.00 - $22.84
