Description

We are offering a contract, possible contract-to-hire employment opportunity for an Accounting/Admin Assistant in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is within the financial services industry and the primary function is to provide administrative and accounting support. Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong QuickBooks knowledge, and experience with Sage is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise customer credit records and ensure their timely update

• Resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status

• Perform data entry tasks and manage check requests

• Utilize QuickBooks and Sage Accounting Software for various accounting functions

• Conduct auditing and bank reconciliations as required

• Assist in the transition to MIP (SAGE) software systems

• Employ ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient business process management

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) duties

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, CaseWare, and Concur for various financial processes.

Requirements • Possession of strong knowledge and experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficiency in CaseWare software

• Familiarity with Concur expense management

• Understanding and experience in utilizing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Demonstrated ability to handle Accounting Functions

• Proven experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Auditing

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations

• Strong Administrative Assistance skills

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Sage Accounting Software

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software

• Must have strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Must have a customer service-oriented approach.
