Job Title: Installer

Job Description

You will be responsible for performing installations of air conditioning units per set standards and schedule.

Your challenges: ● Complete installation orders based on customer specifications, including installations of air conditioning evaporators, condensers, compressors, mount kits, and associated duct and connecting systems. ● Gather parts, tools, and materials needed to complete assigned work without material handlers. ● Ensure installations meet all quality and cost standards as well as the customer’s schedule. ● Charge air conditioning systems as needed. ● Perform special projects including replacements, after-sales service, retrofits, and remodels as assigned. ● Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance as required and following manufacturer’s instructions. ● Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and standards, including performing tasks safely, wearing required personal protective equipment, maintaining a clean working area, and implementing safety improvements. ● Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed and preventing re-work and waste. ● Maintain professional and positive relations with team members and customers. ● Assist with Quality Response Quality Control process and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Hard Skills

  • 1+ year working on assembly line or as an assembler

  • Preferred automotive experience

  • Must be able to read blueprints

  • Use hand power and pneumatic tools

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 120 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Work Environment

Non-climate control garage. Mon-Fri 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, some Fridays may be required but not common (start at 7:00 AM on day 1). 30 min lunch.
