The opportunity
EY Nexus for Health (N4H) is EY’s newest ambition for continued growth in the Healthcare sector. Think of N4H as a healthtech start-up with backing of EY’s brand and depth, focused on the payer and provider markets. We need team players with an entrepreneurial mindset to work with our existing and new customer base to help grow N4H into the industry leading platform.
Join our dynamic Technology team as a Staff in Product Management, focusing on Business Product Ownership. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering technology transformation projects that align with our organizational strategy and achieve the desired outcomes. You will provide assurance to leadership by effectively managing timelines, costs, and quality, leading both technical and non-technical project teams in the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions.
Your key responsibilities
As a Business Product Owner, you will contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge processes and solutions, ensuring that your work meets performance objectives and metrics. You will be responsible for:
Support product definition by creating user personas, user stories, and product requirements documentation. Work with designers and engineers to create and maintain product prototypes and mock-ups
Assist with product testing by developing test plans, recruiting participants, and analyzing test results
Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product iterations
Assist with product launch activities by creating marketing materials and supporting go-to-market strategies
Track and monitor product performance metrics and create reports for stakeholders.
Maintain product documentation and knowledge base
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in product management
Partnering with the sales team to help communicate our strategic vision to our clients
Delivering agreed activities and presenting information to inform recommendations
Defining and executing deliverables, primarily billable to external clients
Participating actively in client working sessions on a daily basis
Expect to spend approximately 80% of your time on delivery, with regular travel as needed by external clients. Your analytical and decision-making responsibilities will involve applying discretion and judgment to solve problems of moderate to diverse scope, where analysis of data is required

To qualify for the role, you must have
A Bachelor’s degree within Engineering, healthcare, Informatics, or similar fields of study
0 - 2 years of relevant experience within the product management space
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Specialized skills required for this role include:
Technical skills in Agile delivery and development
Expertise in business problem analysis and assessment
Knowledge of customers' market and macro-level solution design
Experience in user research and user stories assessment
Building and managing relationships, driving outcomes, and learning agility
Gather and analyze user feedback to improve and inform product iterations
Assist with product build\launch\support activities by creating materials
Track and monitor product performance metrics and create reports for stakeholders
Maintain product documentation and knowledge base
Ideally, you’ll also have

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $74,800 to $123,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $89,800 to $140,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
