We are offering an exciting HYBRID opportunity for a Sr. Accountant to join a growing team located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a Sr. Accountant, you will be tasked with handling various responsibilities revolving around financial matters, including account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and other general ledger tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting account reconciliation to ensure accurate recording and reflect the company's financial status.

• Undertaking balance sheet reconciliation tasks to ensure financial integrity and accuracy.

• Performing bank reconciliations to verify the company's bank balance with our internal financial records.

• Overseeing general ledger tasks to ensure all financial transactions within the company are accurately recorded.

• Preparing journal entries to record financial transactions and ensure the financial statements are up to date.

• Utilizing Excel for various financial tasks including data entry, calculations, and financial analysis.

• Managing the month-end close process to ensure all financial data is captured and recorded accurately.

• Working on the SAP system for various accounting tasks including recording transactions, generating reports, and analyzing financial data.

• Utilizing Great Plains Dynamics for various financial tasks including data entry, calculations, and financial analysis.

• Participating in audit activities to ensure financial compliance and integrity.

• Conducting variance analysis to identify and explain any significant variances in financial data.

• Preparing monthly financials to provide an accurate and timely snapshot of the company's financial status.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Accounting Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• Master's degree a plus

• CPA license strongly preferred

• Great Plains and SAP experience preferred

• International cross-border transaction experience helpful
