BLN24 is looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist   to join our team . 

About the Role:

The Senior Data Scientist will use expertise in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to lead research, technology assessments, and the development of innovative solutions that meet complex customer needs. The Senior Data Scientist will guide road-mapping efforts, oversee design and implementation, and ensure smooth integration and operationalization of systems. Also, the Senior Data Scientist will serve as a thought leader in the field and provide strategic direction for machine learning, AI, and statistical analysis projects, helping customers navigate both current challenges and future innovations.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert leadership in the areas of data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), and statistical modeling.

• Lead the design and development of data processing systems, ensuring alignment with customer research, technology assessments, and reporting needs.

• Support critical software development activities, including road-mapping, system design, and UX/UI improvements.

• Perform complex data engineering tasks, utilizing Python and SQL to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.

• Lead machine learning and AI project initiatives, from ideation through implementation, to solve complex business challenges.

• Offer thought leadership in analytics and reporting system development, guiding both current and future customer objectives.

• Conduct detailed technology assessments and present strategic insights to stakeholders.

• Support testing, validation, and optimization of machine learning models and data systems.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the data science and analytics space.

  Required Skills/Abilities  & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• 5-7 years in software development with a focus on data visualization, statistical modeling, and system design.

• Extensive expertise in SQL and Python, particularly in data manipulation and automation.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, particularly in the context of data visualization and reporting tools.

• Demonstrated ability to lead the development of complex systems from concept through deployment.

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, artificial intelligence frameworks, and statistical methods.

• Proven track record of using data science to drive research and deliver actionable insights.

• Ability to guide stakeholders in the adoption of innovative technologies in analytics, reporting, and AI.

• Experience with technology assessments, data processing system design, and operations management.

• Proven ability to support road-mapping and critical development.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
