JOB REQUIREMENTS: Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete installation projects within guidelines. Interpret and communicate project specifications to team/contractors, enforce safety regulations and resolve any work or personnel-related issues. Understand project scope, with thorough preparation to ensure a successful and safe installation. Assist managers with inspections and reports, to verify work conforms to specifications and schedules. Initiate any repair or replacements needed, or adjustments of procedures. Maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring project details are consistently communicated. Travel up to 100% of the time, frequently outside of local area. Read work orders, blueprints, plans, datasheets or site drawings to determine work to be done. Inspect completed work to ensure all hardware is tight, antennas are level, hangers are properly fastened, proper support is in place, or adequate weather proofing has been installed. Perform maintenance or repair work on existing tower equipment, using hand or power tools. Install or repair tower lighting components, including strobes, beacons, or lighting controllers. Repair circuits, wiring, and soldering, using soldering irons and hand tools to install parts and adjust connections. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED. 4 years construction field experience. Experience with power tools and possess personal set of hand tools used for installation projects. Previous experience working at heights up to 100 feet (preferred). Strong communication skills with comfort interacting directly and professionally with customers, project managers, subcontractors, operations, sales, and other team members.
