* Order Entry/RMA
* Enter FEI Material Orders
* Contract Review/ Generate Shipping papers
* Coordinate FEI Efforts at all levels
* Issuing RMA#
* Issuing S/N's
* Informing Customers of status
* Resolving Customer complaints
* Respond to various customer/ government surveys
* Determining charge or warranty repairs
* Assist in shipping/ billing of products/ accounting issues
* Quoting repairs and issuing evaluations
* Product Research (Price/Cost/Delivery)- on different government websites (SAM.gov, FBO, etc)
* Proposal Process - start and end points (quote # creation, internal processes, & closeout)
* Generate quote cost volumes from templates and work with various departments to complete cost volumes for proposals
* Maintain forecast and bookings report
* Maintain sales representative commission rates
* General Administrative Duties
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years experience coordinating, managing and participating in various projects
- Minimum 3 years or professional experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Driven, energetic, self-motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Starter, willing to learn
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Capable of operating with minimum direct supervision
