STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Anna Parson at Robert Half is seeking an ambitious Staff Accountant with QuickBooks experience to join my client's collaborative and dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a busy work environments with diverse duties. As the Staff Accountant, you will:

• Process full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Manage customer billing and collections.

• Regularly reconcile bank accounts, general ledger, and credit cards.

• Assist the Accounting team in the month end close and preparing financial statements and monthly management reports.

• Use your QuickBooks and strong Excel skills to prepare financial analysis and special projects

Seeking a Staff Accountant with hands on QuickBooks processing experience, a strong understanding of debits and credit and some accounting experience.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Demonstrated knowledge in General Ledger management

• Familiarity with Journal Entries processing

• Ability to handle Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software

• Experience in Credit Card Reconciliation

• Familiarity with Billing procedures
