This role encompasses a range of responsibilities associated with the District Annual Pavement Marking Program, which includes the development and review of plans, scheduling tasks, ordering materials, repairing equipment, conducting quality assurance assessments, and providing training. The position also involves coordinating operations with contractors, maintenance districts, and local officials. Additionally, you will carry out various related functions within the District Maintenance Unit, as well as other duties linked to pavement markings, delineation, signage, and the overall operations of maintenance activities.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Uniontown. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as a Traffic Control Specialist Trainee; or Two years as a Traffic Control Technician; or One year of experience in traffic control work; and a Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, civil engineering, or a closely related field; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
