Job Description * Responsible for the onboarding of all new hires, reviewing both Safety, EAT and back up general on boarding. * Follow required TWI framework while carrying out training on product specs, common quality defects, packing methods, etc. * Train trainers in the proper work instructions in and EAT format, following all Key Operating Procedures. * Regular updates and communication on Human Resources, EH&S, and EAT procedures. * Responsible for tracking of new hires' training during first 90 days, and while working with trainers on their designated shift. * Responsible for the maintenance of training records verifying they are up to date for each employee and working with HR on ensuring training records are filed properly. * Collaborate with Leadership team to ensure that issues are being addressed to optimize performance of new hire & mentorship program. * Partner with SEE corporate EH&S and EAT teams to maintain and improve current processes. * Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the training impact for employee skills and KPI's. * Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after sessions for continued improvements. * Provide administrative support for Human Resources. * Other responsibilities and projects as assigned. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: Proven experience in training and safety, 1-2 years prior experience in training and or safey with some leadership required. Specific Skills: Ability to communicate instructions in multiple ways for training needs, successfully manage projects at multiple stages with high attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication. Complete full training cycle: assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, & evaluate. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish. Equipment & Machinery: Hold general knowledge of all facility roles, learn training processes for auxiliary equipment and roles.
