Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Must live in or within a two hour radius of Utica, NY!

Job Description

• We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to work remotely from the Utica/Syracuse NY area.

• The hiring manager is based in this region and will occasionally meet up and visit project sites.

• This role is ideal for someone centrally located as the company has extensive work on the East Coast and is headquartered in Colorado.

• The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the industrial or larger commercial space (GC).

• You must be well-versed in all scopes of construction, including General Requirements, Site work, Concrete, Masonry/steel, MEP, and Civil.

• A strong understanding of Scope of Work, scheduling, budget, and change orders is essential.

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in construction project management

• Knowledge in industrial or larger commercial space (GC)

• Understanding of all scopes of construction: General Requirements, Site work, Concrete, Masonry/steel, MEP, Civil

• Strong understanding of Scope of Work, scheduling, budget, and change orders

Work Environment

• Remote - some travel as projects expand on the East Coast
