Walmart Continuous Skills Development Supervisor, Manufacturing - Dairy Milk Plant in Valdosta, Georgia

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

What you’ll do:

  • Implements training programs at the facility level and participates in the Functional/Divisional training network to determine best practices and share learnings

  • Manages execution and quality of delivery across change programs, incorporating change impact assessment results, ensuring stakeholder alignment, communicating change initiatives, leading program interventions, and providing change sponsorship

  • Oversees, coordinates, and provides leadership to project teams supporting change initiatives, establishing and measuring change key performance indicators, ensuring consistency in messaging, delivering clear direction to end users, and managing site communications and communication strategy

  • Acts as an active member of the facility leadership team, sharing knowledge and expertise, coaching others, leveraging involvement in operations programs to drive change initiatives, and engaging program teams in the change management process

  • Coordinates training programs by maintaining training materials, leveraging associate expertise and resources for training facilitation, and supporting Quality, Safety, and Human Resources teams in meeting training requirements

  • Guides and executes the Leadership Development process, manages and coordinates hourly associate training programs, assesses and calibrates training programs for effectiveness, ensures required training is tracked and scheduled, and works with Implementation Managers to deliver the overall training strategy

  • Supports associate engagement by providing learning opportunities, building relationships, encouraging cross-functional teamwork, monitoring work plans and schedules, resolving issues to avoid delays, and using systems to audit progress and identify concerns early

What you’ll bring:

  • 6+ months experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate; or 1+year's experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment; or 2+ years' of college in a Business or related field

  • Nice to have:1+year's experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$100,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

  • Stock
