Community Health Systems RN Clinic Office - Digestive Healthcare in Valparaiso, Indiana
Assists provider(s) in the care of patients. Coordinates all care activities so that provider time in the clinical area is maximized. Responsible for assessing and reassessing patients, maintaining accurate patient records including filing of reports in designated areas, scheduling of appropriate tests when indicated, responding to patient phone calls, speaking with pharmacies when indicated under the supervision of the provider.

Education:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university
Licensure & Certification:
Current Indiana License required.
Current BLS Certification preferred, required within 3 months of hire.
