Insight Global Producer (Design Ops) in Vancouver, British Columbia

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Producer (Design Ops) to join one of the largest retail companies in Canada on the 6 month contract, located in Vancouver, BC. The UX team helps create seamless and joyful end-to-end user-centered experiences for lululemon's educators and guests. As a Producer for the Design Operations you will help refine their process, ensure on time and efficient design deliverables and monitor resource alignment and design team capacity. You will be part of a collaborative product team with PMs, Devs and other agile team members to facilitate co-ordination, communication and ensure team productivity.

 Host sprint ceremonies across domains for designers and research and research team.

 Track design milestones and manage internal communications

 Knowledge of agile teams and environments and a deep understanding of lean UX design practices

 Outline productivity and resource models for the design team and track performance.

 Own and continually refine the design process for designer collaboration and efficiency

 Collect and manage the design approval process

 Identify and escalate roadblocks in the process when appropriate

 Identify opportunities to scale and maximize organizational impact for the design team.

 Create timelines and manage roadmaps across the design team

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of experience in a Design Operations role; ideally with a background in User Centered Design

Experience hosting sprint ceremonies across domains for designers and research teams

Knowledge of agile teams and environments and a deep understanding of lean UX design practices

Strong experience create timelines and manage roadmaps across a design team

Able to own design asset management system and design requests for team. Experiece as a Product Designer null
