Job Description

A reputable local manufacturing company is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at the Vancouver, WA office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the transition of our client's system from Nav 2013 to Business Central (Dynamics 365). This position requires a dynamic leader who excels in change management and employee training, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage the project to migrate the client's system from Nav 2013 to Business Central (Dynamics 365), ensuring all project milestones are met within the established timeline.

Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with a third-party vendor to coordinate and facilitate the migration process, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the transition, including communication plans and stakeholder engagement.

Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for employees on the use of Business Central, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure proficiency.

Implementation Support: Assist with various aspects of the implementation process, including solution modeling and process optimization, while working in an Agile environment.

Go-Live Preparation: Prepare for the projected go-live date of October 2025, ensuring all systems and processes are ready for deployment.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology

   - 8-10 years of hands on IT project management experience in a Scrum/Agile environment

   - Experience leading projects specific to change management and training

Experience collaborating with IT solution vendors to problem solve using analytics. - Experience working with a manufacturing environment

 - Experience with ERP implementation - specifically Navision

Experience with implementation of ERP systems from on-prem to the cloud null
