COMPENSATION:

SUMMARY
Our Support Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing a team of Customer Support Representatives & Repair Technicians both internal to iM3 and third party contracted provider, ensuring they deliver timely and effective assistance to clients by managing day-to-day operations, setting performance goals, training staff, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
