What impact you’ll make?

You will supervise and control raw material (direct and indirect) processes, warehouse resources and activities required to support production of gas turbine Components, Repair, LM6000, Energy Services Business. This role will report to the Senior Warehouse Manager.

Job Description

What you’ll do

• Responsible for scheduling, staffing, work, and equipment planning, required for the receipt on warehouse activities materials handling and packaging.

• Support to execute the department, Factory yearly goals and objectives of the raw material warehouse, crating and report quarterly achievement.

• Supervise around 90 warehouse employees Shift Supervisors, Operators in the execution of daily activities

• Supervise the Lean/5S activity in Warehouse

• Support process improvement projects

• Continuous improvement of mistake proof solutions at the receiving/issuing processes

• Support of maintenance, improvement, and harmonization of Pull system-basedmaterial issue (KAN BAN)

• Maintain and improve VOI/VMI solutions

• Support the Control of overtime (comply with regulation and be cost effective)

• Responsible for periodic safety and job-related trainings of the sub-ordinates

• Assure that the HRO processes and activities on his/her area are performed according to the respective section of the Global Star framework.

• Active participation on all trainings

• Follow EHS rules and warn others to follow the rules.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• University/College degree in Logistics, Business or Engineering

• Significant experience in warehousing

• Strong experience in a leadership position

• Active intermediate English knowledge

• Fluent Hungarian language knowledge is essential

• Advanced computer skills (MS Office)

• Analytical and reporting skills
