Description

The Service Administrator will support both internal and external customers with their Product Support and Service Department needs. They will assist with the workflow processes of the Service Department and handle general clerical duties. Additionally, they will ensure that work orders are processed promptly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand and utilize safety tools and resources with every task.

  • Assist customers in a professional, friendly and helpful manner.

  • Assist with customer communications utilizing telephone, email and other communication options.

  • Complete work in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Assist with Service Dept. workflow processes.

  • Finalize and process Service Dept. workorders.

  • Collect payment and purchase orders as needed.

  • Assist with workflow and scheduling.

  • Assist with general clerical work.

  • Assist with purchasing, procurement and issuing purchase orders.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient with computers and phone systems.

  • Proficient with data and information software.

  • Self-driven.

  • Effective time management abilities.

  • Ability and willingness to work closely with a team

  • Willingness to change and help improve processes as needed.
