Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to join their team. As a Sanitation Supervisor, you will be part of the Sanitation Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in sanitation.

Job Title: Sanitation Supervisor

Location: Vernon, CA

Pay Range: $37.41 per hour

What's the Job?

• Supervise cleaning operations of the processing, packaging, staging, and dock facilities.

• Train new sanitation employees and help them develop skills that will make them proficient at their tasks.

• Delegate tasks within the crew to ensure required cleaning gets done in accordance with an established schedule and according to written procedures. Responsible for making sure these tasks are done thoroughly and completion of them is properly documented.

• Responsible for cleaning overhead areas throughout the facility including pipes, cords/hoses, light covers, and other fixtures.

• Provide monthly safety training to the sanitation crew.

What's Needed?

• Bilingual - English/Spanish

• Ride on Pallet Jack Experience

• Double Blade Forklift Experience

• 3-5 years of Sanitation Experience

• Ability to lift and maneuver 50-60 pounds
