Inside Sales Team – Lead Generation:

The Inside Sales & Lead Generation position is responsible for selling corporate products or services through the achievement of opportunity based sales. The position will develop digital based revenue generation by qualifying customer potential interest using excellent digital communications skills. Reaching business targets through follow up of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and responding promptly to prospective customers. In addition this role will be responsible for supporting key strategic customers through problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Promptly follow-up with and qualify marketing-generated inquiries

• Perform all lead nurturing activities once qualified prospects identified

• Document all activities and interactions in CRM tool

• Handle inbound, prospect calls and convert them into opportunities

• Handing qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale

• Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects

• Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements

• Support the US Region initiatives with delivering best customer experience

• Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed

• Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests

• Problem-solving skills to help resolve customer needs and identify opportunities to align with portfolio of products

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
