Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant I

Location: Verona, PA

Company: Small corporate office

Schedule: Flexible but consistent schedule working 9-15 hours a week. Options include:

  • 3 hours/day for 5 days

  • 5 hours/day for 3 days

Pay Rate:

  • $15-$18 per hour

Duties:

  • Managing the front desk: calls, greeting guests, handling mail

  • Ordering/restocking office supplies

  • Assisting with expense reporting in Certify

  • Running local errands (mileage reimbursed)

  • Mailing newsletters thrice a year

  • Executing small office improvement projects

  • Other miscellaneous administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English (verbal & written)

  • Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Attention to detail, organizational skills

  • Customer service orientation

  • Dependability, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
