Overview

Work with the IT Reporting & Analytics team to compile, analyze and measure results of data, and prepare insightful reports and presentations for service areas. Applicant is expected to combine learned skills with hands on experience and have a desire to learn and develop professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to identify and analyze opportunities for continual service improvement

• Perform strong visualizations through the creation of reports, charts, and graphs

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree related to Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or other related field

• Experience with Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Process Re-engineering

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience documenting processes, editing, and reviewing

documents

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including intermediate knowledge of Excel formulas and pivot tables

• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and effective interpersonal relationships

• Demonstrates dependability and adherence to process standards, and compliance with company policy and procedure

Desired

• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics module and dashboard development

• Experience with business intelligence reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
