Finances are the fuel that keeps our company moving. We're looking for a qualified staff accountant to help keep our figures and budgets — and those of our clients — on track with unwavering accuracy. The ideal candidate will have natural passion for math and intricate knowledge of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, taxes, and other financial transactions within an organization. The staff accountant will play an important support role, clarifying the financial outlook of our company and its clients with precise, proactive measures.

salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Preparation of client monthly & quarterly financial statements, and other financial reporting required by clients

• Review and analyze client financial statements and prepare trial balances for use in preparing tax returns

• Communication with clients to ensure information received is complete and accurate

Skills

• Business Tax Returns (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Multi-State Tax
