Specific duties of the Workforce Development Specialist include, but are not limited to, the following: Promote and facilitate workforce development and educational activities on an assigned area basis by providing, leadership, consultation, and technical assistance to individuals and groups involved with business, industry, social service agencies, schools, and other community based organizations.
