Job Title: Spa Office Manager
Job Description
This individual is responsible for managing the Health Center & Spa, providing high levels of customer service to clients and guests, ensuring safety, supervising staff, and managing administrative and financial tasks. Key responsibilities include: - Greet clients & visitors with exceptional customer service - Manage department budget, maintain financial records, and submit daily deposits to the Finance Team - Provide daily instruction and maintain staff morale - Cover front desk once a week to maintain a team approach - Plan weekly staff schedules & approve staff timecards in a timely manner - Monitor inventory of supplies and place orders as needed to maintain stock - Additional responsibilities as needed - Provide oversight & management of contract and vendor services including negotiation of contracts, conducting orientation, creating weekly schedules, and maintaining current Certificates of Insurance (CoIs)
Needed Skills
Experience and/or education in Massage, Spa, Healthcare, or Medical Industry
Customer Service experience
Administrative skills
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position on the north end of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Work Environment
Hours: Mon, Fri, Saturday- 10 AM-6 PM; Tues & Wed- 10 AM-2 PM, Thurs- 10 AM-7 PM, Sunday- 10 AM-5 PM.
