Your day to day

Operational Management:

  • Assist the restaurant manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to established standards.

  • Supervise and train restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/ hostesses , bartenders, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of high-quality food and beverages.

  • Monitor inventory levels and work with the purchasing department to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Guest Experience:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.

  • Interact with guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

  • Monitor guest feedback and reviews, taking appropriate actions to address concerns and improve service quality.

  • Coordinate with the restaurant manager to implement guest recognition programs, personalized services, and special promotions.

Staff Development:

  • Train and mentor restaurant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance staff performance.

  • Assist in recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new team members, ensuring a high standard of service.

Financial Management:

  • Assist in developing and managing the restaurant budget, monitoring expenses, and optimizing profitability.

  • Ensure accurate cash handling procedures, including point-of-sale operations, cash reconciliation, and tip distribution.

  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to implement cost control measures and identify revenue-enhancing opportunities.

Policies and Procedures:

  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards, including food safety regulations, liquor laws, and hygiene protocols.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to make informed recommendations for improvemen

Years of Experience: 3 years in similar role
