What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT/OT systems for railway projects.

• Ensure seamless integration between Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) to optimize railway systems operations.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to design IT/OT systems aligned with project objectives and safety standards.

• Provide technical oversight for the installation and configuration of IT/OT systems across railway assets.

• Manage the lifecycle of IT/OT projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and railway operational protocols.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of IT/OT systems to support the expansion and modernization of rail infrastructure.

• Support troubleshooting efforts and deliver solutions to minimize downtime and enhance system performance.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of IT/OT systems within budget and schedule.

• Mentor and guide junior team members in IT/OT systems and project-specific processes.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• In-depth understanding of IT/OT convergence and its application in rail environments.

• Expertise in designing and implementing IT/OT infrastructure for railway systems.

• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in railway operations , cybersecurity , and network design .

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills .

• What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Prior experience in railway projects in Middle East

• Knowledge of regional regulations related to IT/OT systems in rail environments.
