Position Summary:

• Maintain and repair the refrigeration devices、central air-conditioning system.

对制冷所属的相关设备、中央空调系统设施进行检修、维护保养。

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities基本工作职能及责任 :

• Know workshop building well( include IT room, electric power layout,air-condition system,cooling tower,building-maintenance and so on)

熟悉厂房设备（如：机房、电路布线图、空调系统、中央空调、冷却塔、建筑物维修等）。

• Maintain and repair all the air-condition device of plant.

负责公司所有空调设备的运行、维护保养和检修.

• Finish the maintenance job according to the procedures, ensure the devices in a good work condition.

按保养规程内容做好所属设备的计划保养，确保重点设备经常处于良好的技术状态

• Can operate, maintain and manage the equipments, have a good attitude in teamwork.

能够日常操作和维护管理，具有一定的管理能力，积极主动的工作态度和良好的团队精神。

• Know the principle of mechanical processing equipment well, can maintain and repair them.

熟悉通常机械加工性设备的原理，并负责故障检修、维护保养。

• Obey working arrangement, can accept the requirement of overtime. Strong work initiative and cooperate with the team members well.

服从工作安排，适应必要的紧急维修的加班工作要求。工作主动性强，有良好的团队精神。

Educational Qualifications学历要求:

• Secondary technical school degree or above, refrigeration major, have qualification certificate.

中专或大专以上学历，空调制冷专业，须持有制冷资格证。

• The low voltage electrician certificate and Pressure Container certificate holder have the priority

有低压电工证和压力容器证者优先。

Experience Qualifications经验资历:

• More than 6 years work experience in this major.

6年以上该专业的实际工作经验.

• Can solve the machine breakdown of refrigeration devices and central air-conditioning system and so on, have a good experience and practical operation ability.

能现场独立处理有关制冷设备和中央空调系统包括空气处理机等基本故障，有良好的工作经验和较强的实际

动手能力。

• Have a good experience in the mechanical equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

有机械设备方面维修经验并具备一定的故障处理能力。

• Have a good customer service awareness and sense of responsibility, can bear hardships and hard work

有良好的的客户服务意识，吃苦耐劳，责任心强。
