World Wide Technology Data Analyst - COSTA RICA in Costa Rica
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain Operations or related field required (a combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
A minimum of 4 years' progressive experience in a related field required
Ability to understand and manipulate complex data set from a variety of sources
Extensive ability to utilize analytical visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI or other analytical visual solutions
Application of advanced analytical techniques to identify trends in data and recommend courses of action
Significant knowledge with Supply Chain operational model and ability to relate to stakeholders
SQL experience required

Advanced and effective problem solving capability and ability to articulate problems and solutions

Demonstrated track record of building effective reporting solutions
Adaptable to changing business requirements

Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
Develops project plans, defines timeframe, and prioritizes tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intendedobjectives
Identifies the type of resources required to support a project, and makes recommendations for specific people,technology, partners, etc
Monitors progress to meet project milestones, timelines, specifications and requirements
Breaks down complex information (e.g., legal, operational risk, and regulatory data) into understandable terminology andactionable concepts
Uses technical knowledge and expertise to generate comprehendible, broadly-applicable communications based on newand non-typical data
Designs differentiated technical communications (content focus, style, presentation, etc.) for various internal andexternal audiences based on an understanding of their differing levels of familiarity with technical language
Serves as an expert in the efficient and effective gathering and organization of data
Utilizes a strategic approach to plan for the use of complex data to create synergies across teams
Selects appropriate analytical models and tools to analyze big data sets, develop business recommendations and supportdecision-making
Utilizes resources to maximize performance and value added; utilizes reports and tools to track operational efficiency
Identifies processes, activities and tasks that do not add value; suggests improvements that impact the quality ofproducts, services and processes
Constantly works to improve own efficiency; double-checks the accuracy of the output of others to ensure high qualitydelivery
Guides others to collect information and analyze complex data and business problems
Identifies trends and uses data-driven insights to make recommendations
Gains stakeholder trust by effectively addressing their concerns to further long-term interests
Helps customers explore and understand their wider business challenges
Builds understanding of current business processes, objectives and challenges to suggest solutions and improvements
Gathers pertinent information about a problem by analyzing data and patterns and identifying underlying issues
Researches and recommends more detailed solutions to resolve problems
Implements solutions based on advanced knowledge of standard practices and previous experiences
Escalates complex or unprecedented issues as needed
