Core responsibilities of the Regional Quality Director would be the following:

  • Provides EMEAI WGIC Regional Quality leadership to Plant Managers and Plant Quality Managers in developing, implementing, and improving systems and processes to continually improve Plant quality results.

  • Works closely with Group Level (GSC, PCG) Quality and BU Partners to develop priorities, improve systems and processes, and to insure focused and successful quality improvement efforts that positively impact Plant quality in a cost effective manner.

  • Provides leadership and support of plans and actions to Opportunity Costs.

  • Supports investigations and continuous improvement efforts related to finished goods consistency, performance and customer expectations.

  • Works closely with Research and Development in Coil, Industrial Wood, and General Industrial, to improve and maintain manufacturing consistency and to achieve goals in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
