A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is unique, but you'll generally be:

• Leading the IT team in servicing and maintaining computer hardware, ensuring optimal system performance, and providing regular updates to the IT Manager

• Staying current with all approved systems and technologies, including LAN and POS

• Overseeing hardware and software performance, implementing security standards, and assessing vendor proposals

• Sharing your IT expertise with the hotel team through training and knowledge-sharing sessions

• Protecting our IT infrastructure from cyber threats

What We Need From You:

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in IT system setup and troubleshooting

• Proficiency in networks, operating systems, databases, and PCI DSS

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• A proactive team player who is responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
