V2X Host Nations/Expeditor Lead in Philippines
Overview
This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP
The Host Nations / Expeditor Lead is responsible for assisting the Program and, when requested, the USG with visa’s, work permits, cultural and linguistic expertise in exchanges with host nation officials, ministries, military, government, police and persons. Maintains records and logs of materiel / logistics received, transferred, allocated, held and disposed; coordinates materiel transfers throughout the AOR, conducts periodic materiel inventories, and prepares report of materiel / logistical status. Maximizes logistical expediting capabilities for operational support of the LCV Subic Bay and Set the Theater Task Order.
Responsibilities

Supervises all linguistic operations during contingency surge
Provides host nation cultural and linguistic support for all exchanges with host nation entities in support of the Subic Bay program
Provide translating services in support of the resolution of various issues.
Works with Supply Chain, upon request, providing cultural and linguistic support in support of leases and contracts.
Communicates professionally, both orally and in writing in English and Tagalog.
Responsible for processing necessary work visa’s and permits for American Nationals assigned to the Philippines.
Responsible for expediting, ordering, and tracking materiel request and perform clerical and manual duties in program areas including receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering
Identifies, plans, expedites, and coordinates workload assignments to optimize use of resources to include personnel and equipment management in support of materiel
Coordinate with Shipping and Broker for inbound or outbound shipment via ground, air or sea.
Experience with FACTS- DOD automated Air Clearance System to clear shipments into the Defense Transportation System (DTS).
Provides management direction and oversight to include overseeing day to day materiel/ logistical expediting control operations. This may include but not limited to inventory reporting, proper materiel storage, materiel receiving, shipping and preparation of all supporting documentation.
Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
Preferred bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or Public Affairs
Experience:
Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing in a similar environment which could include military service.
Must possess a high degree of both English and Tagalog comprehension, including speaking, understanding, reading, writing and typing
Must possess a high degree of knowledge and competency with regards to local customs, culture, laws and exchanges in Philippines.
Skills:
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Interpersonal and communication skills are requirements of this position as there is constant interaction with program management
Must be detailed oriented and organized
Must have a Philippine Driver’s License to operate a motor vehicle
Supervisory/Budget Responsibilities:
During Neo activities, supervises Vectrus Host Nation cell and linguist employees with a high degree of competency
Working Environment:
Must be capable of working in an extreme weather condition with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
The worker is subject to atmospheric conditions. One or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system of the skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation.
Physical Requirements:
Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
