This role will be a key member of the HR Services leadership team, developing and implementing extraordinary, progressive HR services, processes, and systems. You will work with a high-energy, hard-working enthusiastic team of professionals passionate about customer experience, operational excellence, innovation, and employee culture. You get to be on the cutting edge of HR processes and technology development, working with inquisitive people who are geographically and culturally diverse. This is a high-visibility role with high-level executive exposure across Oracle.
As a Senior Manager, HR Services, you will:
Lead with care and compassion, develop efficient and simple processes, systems, policies, and programs
Deliver data that is useful and accurate to create people-related strategies across the business
Lead people data and build project management capability across HR
Ensure Oracle remains protected and compliant in functional areas
Strive to provide employees the resources and support they need to develop and thrive in their roles
Achieve business objectives, lead and sponsor multiple sophisticated initiatives across operation functions, systems, and regions
Contribute through others to drive implementation of improvement
Exercise sound judgment and business acumen to influence outcomes
Other primary responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, global collaboration, strong project management skills, ability to facilitate, writing and communicating to senior level management
Work and collaborate globally, standardizing, simplifying, and automating HR operational processes and services

10+ years people leadership experience with a dynamic track record of success. Setting and leading to goals, performance management, career development, issue management
Extensive operational leadership experience. Passionate about operations. Handling to data and metric based decisions, process design and performance, operational reviews, efficiency, effectiveness
Experience leading multicultural teams (cross countries or cross regions) and collaborating closely with various other teams (business, technical, design, etc.) to achieve objectives
Experience demonstrating continuous improvement standard methodologies to identify improvement strategies and innovation. Has led multiple continuous improvement initiatives by simplifying, standardizing, centralizing, and automating sophisticated processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills - directly and succinctly - across cubicles, organizational boundaries and cultures
