Description and Requirements

As the GSC (Global Supply Chain) Customer Fulfillment Team Leader, you will oversee the operations and customer relationship management team to meet both internal and external customer needs. You will play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts, driving operational excellence, and fostering continuous improvement. This position also requires collaboration with other teams, such as Sales Operations, while maintaining clear communication and support for your team members.

Additionally, you will participate in people management activities such as hiring, onboarding, conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and guiding career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary liaison between supply chain, sales, and customer service teams.

  • Represent the Customer Fulfillment team in customer meetings and engagements.

  • Uphold high ethical standards by promoting integrity, reliability, and excellence.

  • Provide coaching and training to ensure the team meets performance objectives.

  • Manage and distribute workloads efficiently across the team as needed.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.

  • Apply and promote best practices within the team.

  • Maintain professional and timely communication with both internal and external customers.

  • Offer issue visibility and solution-oriented guidance to your team, customers, or internal departments as needed.

  • Cultivate a collaborative environment within your team and with other departments.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, logistics, and other teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer orders, from receipt to delivery.

You'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (equivalent experience may be considered in place of formal education).

  • 2+ years of experience in Global Supply Chain (GSC) or a similar field is a plus

  • Customer Support facing role experience

  • 1+ year of proven leadership experience/Project management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in English (fluency required) other language (FR/IT) can be advantage

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2000 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
