UL, LLC Administrative Specialist I in Taiwan

Job Responsibilities:

• 研擬與推動行政總務工作計畫。

• 行政總務績效評估分析與改善。

• 合約管理及一般請款作業。

• 進出口報關及收發相關業務。

• 辦公環境清潔管理與維護。

• 辦公室設備等規劃與管理。

• 庫房規劃與整理、停車位管理。

• 固定資產管理、年度盤點作業。

• 支援與協助跨部門之各項工作執行。

• 各項上級交辦業務。

• 曾任行政總務並具備5年以上相關經驗。

• 能配合假日加班。

• 能自備交通工具,外縣市出差。

• 電腦文書處理: 熟練 word, excel, power point

• 具溝通協調能力,及中英文書寫能力。

• 具主動積極、正向思考、謹慎細心、樂於助人、及應變能力特質。

• 能獨立作業。
