Oracle Contracts Administrator in Taiwan

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oracle Financing Global Operations Analyst is responsible for managing contracts and ensuring smooth operations from initiation to maturity, working collaboratively across teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and auditing Contracts to ensure accuracy, and adherence to established business practices, processes and policies.

  • Verifying pricing details and performing invoice reconciliations.

  • Managing deal assignment and funding process.

  • Managing mid-term changes throughout the contract lifecycle.

  • Facilitating customer onboarding to provide a seamless and efficient experience.

  • Handling customer queries related to operational matters, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

  • Coordinating with Sales, Credit, Legal, Finance, and customers to address and resolve contractual and operational issues.

  • Contributing to projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.

  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in the technology finance sector.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with contracting process is a plus.

  • Understanding of basic finance concepts, such as discounting cash flows, net present value, and internal rate of return, along with knowledge of funding and financing models.

  • Proficiency in intermediate Excel skills is preferred.
