The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Administrative Coordinator III will work on the Network Health Prevention Program team located at the Department of Psychiatry, University of Rochester School of Medicine.
This position will support the implementation and delivery of sponsored research projects, while also maintaining positive collaboration, communication, and accountability with all team members.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assists with distributing correspondence, reports, and other materials, tracking and reminding team members of due dates. Conducts information retrieval and data entry.
Maintains moderately complex indexes and files. Responsible for keeping electronic files and folders (e.g. Box) named, sorted, and filed consistently in all team folders (e.g contract and regulatory folders).
Places orders and makes purchases as directed to improve team administrative efficiency and ensure that team conducting field work has needed supplies and services
Schedules meetings for team, using knowledge of team travel schedules, and ensures that team calendars are up to date and labeled
Compiles, organizes, and maintains records of business transactions, participant payments, including travel receipts.
Checks for consistency and completion of tasks in task management system, runs basic, pre-programmed reports of tasks remaining and completed
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience required.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook preferred.
Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
