Time Studies and Efficiency Evaluations
Expense Management
Office Space Management
Phone systems Management.
Workflow and efficiency improvements
Management of Direct reports – Operations leaders for each group and IT Data Team
Outsourcing Management - Resource Pro and Patra
Account Receivables – ensuring 90 and 120 stay within budget.
Monitoring and Maintaining SLA on operational task.
SLT Management
Cultural items:
Employee engagement and cultural plan
Succession Planning and Talent reviews

Qualifications
Required 10 years of previous operational experience
4 year degree required
MBA preferred
Quarterly travel required
Previous industry experience in Transportation/Cannabis/Supermarket insurance markets
Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $185,000 to $225,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.
