Title: Executive Secretaries and Administrative Assistants Location: Geneseo NY 14454 Duration: 2+ Months Pay Range: $20-$24/hr Job Description:

• The purpose of the position is to support the routine activities of the SBDC office and, in particular, office reception, client phone call scheduling, data entry, file maintenance, qtly reporting, customer relationship mgmt (CRM) tools and general office duties.

• This position reports to the Director SBDC/AVP Finance and Administration.

  Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED, strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; proficiency with standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, printers) and with some audiovisual equipment.

• Ability to work with diverse individuals and groups; commitment to customer service; able to work responsibily with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
