The Operations Generalist has dual areas of responsibility to collaborate with and work cross-functionally with company leaders, organizational units, business partners, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, deploy, document and train new business processes. Work will include day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of procedures, processes and platforms within assigned areas.

CRM Usage Responsibilities

  • Handle all basic administrative functions for Business Development & channel partners, including user account maintenance, record and field configuration, troubleshooting and other routine tasks

  • Complete regular internal system audits and lead data cleanup projects

  • Manage basic configurations and escalate larger issues to the ITAPP team

  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests with internal and channel partner users, key stakeholders, other departments and ITAPP when needed.

  • Create and maintain accurate system documentation, coordinate with Internal Project Management on establishing and maintaining internal processes

  • Assist in training of new processes, new fields and system upgrades, as well as onboarding of new users in Business Development

  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements

  • Stay updated on the platforms’ new tools, capabilities, and updates, both internal and external

  • Access Infinite Campus production customer data and production data in public test adhering to the practices and procedures outlined in the master security guidelines

  • Other duties as assigned

Administrative Duties

  • Assist in RFP responses as appropriate, primarily as it relates to internal process flow

  • Assist Implementation Admin as necessary – i.e. when Admin is on PTO or during times of increased activity within the Implementation group

  • Work with Business Development Managers on special or one-off projects as necessary

  • Other Duties as assigned

  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processe
