As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with technical consultants, project managers, Coretek leadership, sales and external client contacts to ensure successful execution of projects. Clients look to Coretek to innovate, architect and implement across several technology verticals, and as a Project Coordinator at Coretek you will play a pivotal role in supporting and facilitating activities on these projects from inception to completion. This person will also play an important role in supporting the PMO and other team members. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor budgets, facilitate and coordinate meetings and overall ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, has great communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities
Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Management and consulting team to achieve project goals and objectives. Ultimately, the Project Coordinators duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, on budget and meet high quality standards.
Coordinate project management activities including kick off and closure calls, project documentation, resources and budget tracking.
Ability to support and manage upwards of 20 coordinated projects at a given time
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
Ensure the project meets all its objectives and goals within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget.
Collaborate with different teams across the organization and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Monitor project financials and ensure project stays within assigned budget
Act as a point of contact for external clients and internal teams
Ability to track and report out status and progress of assigned projects and handle issues that arise
Monitor resource forecasts and make appropriate updates as required
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Support project managers in building project plans, project documentation, meeting minutes or other tasks as assigned
Support PMO in process improvement, SOP creation and refinement as well as assisting project managers as needed on larger, complex projects and initiatives.
Other administrative duties as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project or similar project management tools
Self-Starter and ability to take initiative when required
Ability to Develop and Track Project Financials
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
