Overview
As a Senior DevOps, you will be a part of a smart cross-functional team delivering digital business transformation solutions to our clients. You’ll have the unique opportunity to increase the engineering team productivity by hunting and solving opportunities within the products of some of the world’s largest brands. You’ll be instrumental in helping our engineering teams to deliver customer features faster by identifying opportunities to automate.
Your Impact:
Build, test, and administer highly available container application platform clusters (e.g., RedHat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker Datacenter, etc.)
Champion security by injecting it into the existing development workflow and every stage of software development, ensuring the entire infrastructure is secure
Identify normal routines and repeatable tasks that are candidates for automation, and then create and support the deployment of automation using Terraform
Work within complex software systems to isolate defects, reproduce defects, assess risk, and understand varied customer deployments
Assist application teams with onboarding to container application platforms in areas such as resource requirements, capacity analysis, and troubleshooting support
Azure provisioning, configuration management, storage management, network management, and virtualization
Create the Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) automation infrastructure to support the project engineering team
Developing and improving standards for security (via security as code) across a continuous delivery environment and cloud-based production deployments

Qualifications
Your Skills and Experience:
Cloud Infrastructure & Networking: Hands-on experience with Azure.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency with Terraform and providers such as Azure RM and Databricks.
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Expertise in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for testing, building, deploying, and monitoring automation.
Containerization and Orchestration: Experience working with Docker containers and Kubernetes.
Automated Deployment & Release Management: Skilled in tools like Jenkins, Git, and build managers such as Maven/Yarn/npm.
Version Control Systems: Strong working knowledge of Git/GitHub.
8 to 10 Years of Experience in Devops, someone who can guide and mentor the team and lead the Devops operations for the team.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Logging & Monitoring: Familiarity with Elasticsearch or Splunk for logging.
Scripting Languages: Experience with Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
Agile Methodologies: Working knowledge of Agile or Kanban workflows.
Splunk Dashboard Configuration: Ability to set up Splunk dashboards and generate reports.
Additional information
Opennes to travel: This position requires availability to travel twice per quarter, each travel for a week to Dallas for client workshops. Hybrid Work: onsite work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with remote work on Tuesday and Thursday. This alternating schedule will continue throughout the first semester.
