WATTS Sales Executive– Intelligent Water Management in United States

As the Sales Executive, Intelligent Water Management, you will use your background in B2B sales in the commercial building sector and experience with technology-driven solutions. Reporting to the VP of Watts Digital, you will identify and engage potential clients, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and close sales to drive growth for our suite of intelligent water management solutions.

You Will:

  • Sell contracts for water management solutions, driving both upfront and recurring revenue, and work to renew existing contracts in your region.

  • Prospect and generate leads by identifying new clients in the commercial building sector, including property owners, managers, and operators.

  • Conduct sales presentations, identifying key customer needs that can be met by our solutions, estimating ROI, and demonstrating the benefits of our intelligent water management technology.

  • Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Partner with the strategic accounts team, establishing communication and engagement with prospects at the property level.

  • Develop and execute creative sales strategies to exceed targets, collaborating with internal experts and channel partners.

  • Stay informed about market trends in sectors like hospitality, healthcare, and commercial real estate, attending events to uncover new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with scaling, product, and strategic sales teams to align efforts and capture valuable customer feedback.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and interactions using CRM tools.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or digital solutions within the commercial buildings space.

  • Experience working with end users, management stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.

  • Experience meeting sales targets, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Knowledge of SaaS/digital solutions and water/plumbing monitoring.

  • Experience in scaling a business.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
