About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) Support Specialist to join our people team on a contract basis for 6-9 months. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in human resources, exceptional strategic partnership skills, and the ability to lead and manage complex HR priorities in a fast-paced environment. This senior-level role will provide advanced support for critical HR functions, driving the success of our programs and initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead HR project management efforts, including overseeing progress, coordinating deliverables, and partnering strategically with business leaders as a Senior HRBP.
Drive program development initiatives, designing and implementing impactful people-related strategies.
Oversee career development planning and career lattice development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing leadership guidance.
Direct talent calibration sessions, assessing and planning for employee growth and performance, and offering senior-level insights as an HRBP.
Manage exit interviews, analyze feedback, and develop strategic recommendations to enhance retention and engagement.
Lead succession planning sessions, identifying and developing future leaders while serving as a trusted senior advisor.
Oversee investigations and termination meetings, ensuring compliance, sensitivity, and strategic HRBP support.
Act as a senior employee relations/advocate, addressing complex concerns, fostering a positive work environment, and partnering with leadership at a strategic level.
Lead organizational career development initiatives, creating and executing comprehensive programs, with expertise in building career lattices and conducting market compensation evaluations to support talent retention and growth.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on HR business partnering, project management, talent development, and employee relations.
Proven track record of leading HR teams and driving strategic HR initiatives, such as talent management programs, employee engagement strategies, or organizational change efforts.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly, influence stakeholders, and build strategic relationships with senior business leaders.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in HR tools and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, providing senior-level HRBP leadership.
