Position Summary-

We are looking for a PickBasic Developer with a solid foundation in Unidata, Unibasic, and UniQuery to join our media domain team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions for media-related operations while working within an Agile framework and version control systems.

Responsibilities-

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in gathering and understanding requirements for media-related projects.

  • Work alongside experienced developers to design and develop software applications using Unidata, Unibasic, and UniQuery for the backend.

  • Optional: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of frontend components using .NET technologies to improve user experiences.

  • Participate in the integration of third-party systems and APIs to expand media-related functionalities.

  • Engage in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

  • Collaborate with the team in maintaining and enhancing existing applications, with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and scalability.

  • Assist the QA team in testing and identifying defects, ensuring software quality.

  • Work with senior developers to optimize existing software for performance and scalability.

  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues in a timely manner.

  • Contribute to the documentation of code, processes, and system configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

  • Familiarity with .NET technologies for frontend development (optional).

  • A strong desire to learn and grow as a developer.

  • A basic understanding of media content management, distribution, and analytics.

Education & Experience-

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 4-6 Years of Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Unidata, Unibasic, and UniQuery for backend development.
